Dreamgirls Volunteer Spotlight

Dreamgirls Volunteer Spotlight
We are happy to present Chuck Stango as the recipient of the Landmark Community Theatre Volunteer Spotlight Award! Chuck is a founding member of LCT, our original Chairman, and still acting Board Member. Chuck has been acting on stage in numerous productions over the past 4 years, including starring roles in “Music Man,” “Arsenic and Old Lace,” “Chicago,” and “Young Frankenstein.” He also directed our 2013 production of “Guys and Dolls.” Chuck volunteers at other theaters in the area, including the Phoenix in Watertown and The Connecticut Theatre Company in New Britain. By day, Chuck is a Senior Assistant State’s Attorney, husband to Melissa, and father to two beautiful girls, Kathleen and Lauren. His family is often seen in the theatre as well, performing on stage or volunteering behind-the-scenes, making it a family affair. Chuck has been a driving force on Landmark’s mission to maintain community theatre and the performing arts at the Thomaston Opera House. Without his humor, talent, and support, LCT would not be where it is today.
